Style Problem

If the style of the costume you received is not the same as the style that you chose, when we confirm the problem, we will accept the return. But, color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.

 

Chromatic Aberration Problems

If the color of the costume you received is absolutely different from the picture color on our website, for example (you place the red costume order, however, we deliver it to you with black costume), we can accept the return. There are almost chromatic aberrations for online retailers, because the color effect is different with different PC monitors, weather conditions and shoot levels.

The pictures of our costumes all under the natural light the real object take, so the chromatic aberration is small, but we can’t ensure there is not chromatic aberration 100 percent.

If you still worry about the chromatic aberrations, you can contact us via e-mail to get the picture of the material, before you place the order on our website!

 

Size Problems

If we made your costumes in wrong measurements, please feel free to contact us via cqxinmeihe@outlook.com and we will arrange the return for you as soon as possible. Please note: If we make your suit according to the measurements you provide and the suit/costume you received matches the measurements, whatever it fits or not, we will not accept return request.

 

Refund Policy

If there are quality problems on your suits/costumes, such as slit(s), hole(s), color fading and other quality problems, please feel free to contact our customer service department via cqxinmeihe@outlook.com, and you need to take the picture for the costume to send us, when we confirm the problems, we will arrange the full refund for you as soon as possible.

Please notice that color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.

 

Special Note:

We need to contract and expand your size according to different material, because the elasticity is different with different materials. What is more, if we make the costume according to the tailoring of the fashion clothing, the costume will not be fitted. Detailed explanation of the costume tailoring follows below.

Lycra material: Height contraction: 10cm, Bust Contraction: 5cm, Waist Contraction: 5cm. Hip Contraction: 5cm

Shiny metallic material: Height contraction: 3cm, Bust Contraction: 3cm, Hip Contraction: 3cm

If the customers want to make the costume tightly, please leave a note with your specific measurements.

 

Exchange Policy

If the costumes you received have quality, size and other problems, we can accept the exchange. But, we can exchange the same style costume.

If you don’t like the costumes you received, we can also accept the exchange, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charge and $15 for service charge.

 

Return & Exchange Restrictions and Information

 

1)The items being returned for a exchange or a refund must contact us within 3 days after receiving the original product.

2)Any item that shows any sign of use including dirt or stains of any type, evidence of being washed are not eligible for a exchange or refund. What is more, the costumes never be altered in any way or worn except to verify that the size is correct.

3)The items being returned must include all of the original packaging and accessories, whatever you apply for exchange or refund.

4)We recommend sending the items back to us via local post office.

5)After we receive the original costume back, we will arrange exchange or refund, and we will refund your payment within 7-10 business days.

6) If you need the costumes urgently and can't wait that long, please feel free to advise your deadline. If the customers don’t contact us timely, the order is not eligible for a refund if the item is not received on time.

 

Due to a customer error or shipments that are delayed due to causes/weather beyond our control, you can’t receive your order on time, the order is also not eligible for a refund.

For Exchanges

 

Exchanging an item is as easy as 1, 2, 3,4...

1. Please contact us at cqxinmeihe@outlook.com with brief reason. And we will send you back an exchanges form in 48 hours. Then fill out the return form included on your invoice, and mail it back with your item(s) to Return factory address.

 2. Fill out the exchange form and let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.

3. You may also choose your own shipping method to send us your product exchange. However, we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method that includes the ability to track your order. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Exchange.

4. After we receive, you will receive an email notice and 20 dollar charge for new Exchanges Shipment Fee. And we will send exchange to you in 5-7 days.

 

Note:

 

All costs associated with shipping Product Purchases and Returns are at the expense of the customer and are nonrefundable. Once your package has been received and inspected, Refund will be send back to your credit card (normally 5-7 business days).

All returns and exchange must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued.
